This is a self-help application conceptualised and developed by Dr Melvyn Zhang and Dr Roger Ho. The aim of the application is:

1. To help users track the total amount of beer and alcohol they consume on a daily basis. The application is able to notify users if they exceed a fixed amount of alcohol intake per week.
The computation is based on the NICE (UK) Guidelines

2. Provision of information about alcohol dependence and associated medical complications arising from alcohol usage

3. Provide hotlines to seek help (For Singapore Users only)

4. Provide users with psychological interventions to help them with their alcohol issue

5. Enable Users to take the AUDIT questionnaire (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test) to determine if they need to seek help
